1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TradeBot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading cryptocurrencies and digital assets involves significant risk. The AI algorithms and trading bots provided by TradeBot are tools designed to assist in trading, but they do not guarantee profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you can lose part or all of your invested capital. TradeBot is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using the platform.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and Web3 wallet keys. TradeBot will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately. We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.
4. Platform Usage & Restrictions
Users must be at least 18 years old to use TradeBot. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the trading infrastructure. Multi-level referral abuse, creating fake accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
5. Withdrawals and Deposits
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via decentralized smart contracts and third-party Web3 infrastructure (e.g., Binance Smart Chain, PancakeSwap). While we strive for instant processing, network congestion or blockchain issues may cause delays. TradeBot reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security audits if suspicious activity is detected.
